2. Legal bases

The processing of your personal data is based on:

• your consent (art. 6 para. 6 FADP), for commercial communications and submission of the contact form;
• the performance of a contract (investigation mandate) to which you are a party;
• our legitimate interests (security of the site and protection of the contact form against bots via Google reCAPTCHA).

3. Data collected

Via the contact form: first name, last name, email, optional phone number and the content of your message.
Via the form’s anti-bot protection (Google reCAPTCHA): IP address and technical data processed by Google under its own privacy policy. No analytics or advertising cookies are placed by the Site.

4. Purposes

• Respond to your contact request.
• Prepare a personalised quote.
• Carry out the investigation service.
• Improve the user experience of the site.

5. Retention period

Data linked to the contact form is kept for 3 years from the last exchange, unless a longer legal obligation applies. Accounting data: 10 years in accordance with art. 958f CO.

6. Recipients

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by Vercel (hosting and serverless function), Infomaniak (email), and Google reCAPTCHA (bot protection), and disclosed to authorities where required by law.

7. Transfers abroad

Vercel and Google may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the provider’s applicable protection mechanism and, where necessary, appropriate contractual safeguards. See the privacy notices of Vercel and Google.

8. Your rights

In accordance with art. 25 et seq. FADP, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and obtain portability of your data. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@scamhunter.ch.

9. Supervisory authority

In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may refer the matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) — Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern — https://www.edoeb.admin.ch.
