These Terms of Use set out the conditions for accessing and using the website scamhunter.ch (the “Site”).

The Site is freely accessible. Visitors undertake to use the Site in compliance with applicable Swiss law, in particular the Swiss Criminal Code (art. 143, 143bis, 144bis on computer offences).

The user shall refrain from any attempt at unauthorised access, any mass content extraction (“scraping”) and any action liable to compromise the integrity of the Site or the data it contains.

4. Cookies

The Site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation and for protecting the contact form against bots (Google reCAPTCHA). No analytics or advertising cookies are placed. Google’s reCAPTCHA service is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. ScamHunter.ch accepts no responsibility for the content of those external sites.

ScamHunter.ch reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. The applicable version is the one in force when the Site is accessed.

These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva.
